Got up earlier today. Walked for an hour before it got too humid.
Going to Michael Buble concert tonight. :)
Going out to eat before - first restaurant since starting Atkins.
Planning on a small salad and either grilled shrimp or chicken.
Tomorrow is my weigh in day and the first week of my challenge over.
I sure I've done well for both! What a good feeling to be a success.
PLEASE scales be kind!

Challenge - Week 1
Aug.2- 30 min. 2 miles
Aug.3- 1 hr. cut grass, water plants
Aug.4- 30 min. on treadmill uphill all the way.
Aug.5- 30 min. on treadmill again.
Aug.6- 30 min. walk on hilly 2 mile trail.
Aug.7- 50 min. walk - 30 min.- brisk 20-moderate
Aug.8- - walking
Aug.9- 60 min. trail lots of ups and down.

Week 1 about 5 hours of walking. 42 min. average per day.
