That's how I found this site too! I love it. Been using it since January 13th. I have lost 12 pounds. i love the guidance I get from tracking my diet and exercise. I love reading everyone's journal or posts...they are very helpful and motivating. GOOD LUCK!

I always come back to this site during summertime. I don't know why I don't just focus all year round. It's like I go into diet hibernation with the holidays and such. But I'm getting married in October so this site is my new best friend!
