Upset stomach after a night where I didn't sleep well. Two possible things to look at would be eating int he middle of the night, and high fat foods (because I ate salmon)

Also consider potatoes as a possible culprit, as well as multiple doses of flaxseed (I think I had at least 2 full servings plus two muffins) so that's maybe too much.
