Unexpected motivator at lunch. Sat across Subway restaurant from a very large lady. Bless her heart but she didn't know how much that helped me to stay on tract for the rest of the day. I don't want to get there. I don't want to be the weight I am. I absolutely do NOT mean this in a mean spirited way.

I know exactly what you mean sweetie. I didn't take it mean spirited - but I get it. I have decided though that I will love me "here" - even 38 pounds tooooo much of me :) I hope that helps :) Stay strong girl - you got this!!!
