Just starting to track my food intake starting today, March 11th. Was on Weight Watcher years ago and did well, but 15 pounds creeped up on me and I'm hoping to take it off with a stricter eating plan. Hope this helps me. I love goodies, carbs and junk food. But also love healthy foods veggies and juices.

Here we go:)

Welcome Mertiegertz! This site is the best for keeping track of food intake and exercise. I go to a weekly meeting/weigh in and keep a food journal with them, but I also record everything here which keeps track of calories (and loss of) with the exercise journal. You can do it!
