I was bad this weekend and had a plate of lasagna with garlic bread on Saturday and rice and beans on Sunday. I think i got to confident bc I am working out almost every day i gave myself permission to cheat. I am going to reset and restart induction today. I am disappointed I did this to my self but ready to redeem my self !!

thanks milbwknicole. I am just gonna jump back in!! So far so good today, have stayed on track and even walked this morning !! Might even get some more walking in later today
