After a weekend of self-indulgence, I am back at it. I knew there would be a gain. I was out of control. Today I am back and will do my very best to stay on track. Have a healthy day.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
