Okay so moving my roast to a Saturday clearly had more effect than I thought it would...

Or maybe it was my shave and haircut last night?!? LOL

I'm most definitely not complaining!!! But it's almost double what I was hoping for!!! I'm guessing I should expect a low loss/steady next week.

Yep but i imagine you are feeling really good about it :) just try not to relax too much about it and keep up the focus :)

More than I thought apparently. :) It's not like I had waist length hair, and a beard to match.

You did get that right I think. It's a northern expression and I'm a Londoner. I doubt my lead will last though. I suspect I will have a very low loss next week (particularly as someone has said the magic words "Rodizio later in the week?". This week I want to have a good meal out (or maybe two) AND eat a minimum of 1000 calories a day. I appear to have gotten into the habit of eating over my RDI a couple of times a week, then compensating by eating stupid levels the rest of the week.
