Staying the course is really hard on the weekend what with the baby and seeing friends and my husband insisting I eat. But I think I managed to stick with only a few carbs and mostly protein etc.
Now to get back on track! I am looking forward to day one of the challenge tomorrow.
I am working part-time this week so I am home afternoons with the little one. Hope the weather is good so we can take long walks - if not I will break out some exercise videos and get him rolling around with me, that should be good for a few laughs.
