Ladyd1224 I know we can do this. I also know how you feel right now. Exercise is hard to do when you haven't really been an active person.I can promise you that it works! When I was active walking and doing things out doors I always maintained my weight loss. When I sit and do nothing for months on end (and I do) then it starts to creep back up on me. Why? Not just because I am sitting but because my head/mind has too much time on its hands. I believe that my physical health and my emotional health are all tied up with each other. When I am exercising I am happy and when I am happy I am not eating more than I need to live. This is not to say that I am not happy generally but there is a definite difference in the quality of the happy that I am.
It is hard to get out there if your in the snow months too. So if you have a mall or an indoor place near you go and walk a bit.You will feel so much better in your head and you will have accomplished something good for you today. :)
