I may have lost control over myself the past week because of the progress i made i thought that i know how to eat without counting my calories and i was wrong , i must keep my calories in track and calculate them all the time, today i am back on track i am doing my exercise and counting calories agine , i'll always remind mself of who i am and what i want to be and that breaks are only allowed when i reach my goal..
