i am officially out of obesity according to my bmi!!!!!!!!!!!!! im sooo happyyyy!!!!:):):) today is a good day. now time for family day. gonna take my puppy walking with my parents, then lunch at the salad bar then movies:) gonna walk around with a big smile on my face all day xx
172.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
