Well i am starting my diet as of right now. Ive been talking about it for many months. The more I talk about it the more I do nothing and ciontinue to eat and gain more weight! Ugh!! I hate it. I really want to lose at least 60lbs and it seems like an impossible feat and daunting. Well here we go,

Don't think of losing 60 pounds. Take it 5 pounds at a time. It's more doable. You can do it!
