So I haven't been on in a couple of weeks. I have two weeks where I didn't follow weight watchers. I lost alittle then gaine just over a pound. But I made up for it this week. I LOST 3.8lbs. So I back on track and my goal is to start tracking again. I truly cannot believe that I have lost a total of 30lbs. It's amazing...

It looks like you are doing great. It may be a gentle slope but it's a downward one.
