did two workouts today. the first was a preset workout on the stationary bike, doing 6 miles in 32 minutes, burning 200 calorIes, with warm up & cool down at levels 3 & 4, then level 6 through 9 in intervals of one minute each level. one minute at level 10.

then l took a walk with the hubby, did about 2 + miles in about 40 minutes or so.

1759 kcal Fat: 66.99g | Prot: 65.02g | Carb: 228.13g.   Lunch: Bananas, Lucerne 1% milk, grape nuts fit. Dinner: potato, Scallions or Spring Onions, kalamata olives, orowheat multi grain sandwich thin, butterball fully cooked turkey bacon, Dijon mustard, large brown eggs, Lucerne jarlsberg lite, best foods mayo, JennieO lean ground turkey. Snacks/Other: fiber one caramel pretzel, Ben and Jerry's cherry Garcia. more...
