did two workouts today. the first was a preset workout on the stationary bike, doing 6 miles in 32 minutes, burning 200 calorIes, with warm up & cool down at levels 3 & 4, then level 6 through 9 in intervals of one minute each level. one minute at level 10.

then l took a walk with the hubby, did about 2 + miles in about 40 minutes or so.

1759 kcal Fat: 66.99g | Prot: 65.02g | Carb: 228.13g.   Lunch: grape nuts fit, Bananas, Lucerne 1% milk. Dinner: Dijon mustard, orowheat multi grain sandwich thin, JennieO lean ground turkey, Lucerne jarlsberg lite, potato, large brown eggs, kalamata olives, Scallions or Spring Onions, best foods mayo, butterball fully cooked turkey bacon. Snacks/Other: Ben and Jerry's cherry Garcia, fiber one caramel pretzel. more...
