Well, I am back on track as of right now. I want to lose 30 pounds over the next 6 months. I ordered Zumba yesterday, and joined the YMCA with my boyfriend and kids. I plan on making much smarter choices at work for lunch. It is going to be salads, fruit, and veggies with a couple healthy snacks. Or a Lean Cuisine. I am going to really watch my portion size at dinner. And, I am going to start doing Zumba four times a week. I work long hours, 12-13 hours during the night. I am going to stop using back vending snacks for energy.

Diet followed reasonably well.
