I am suprised I lost weight after my choclate icecream last evening!

134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 4.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

My sister is staying here now .. dinner I served was with mini potatoes and stinky super soft brie yummie a beer and 2 wines.. scoop of ice Certainly no fine result on my scales tomorrow.. tomorrow I will eat less "bad for a diet stuff" at dinner !
