Today marks the two month anniversary from the date that I had decided to start eating a Whole Living, Raw Food Diet. I thought that since this is a new lifestyle for myself, and I am in it for the long haul, I would start to keep a food journal so that I could track what it was that I am and am not eating nowadays.
