Piked as high as 226 last week due to dining out with crab cakes etc, the water weight dropped off in a couple of days this week while on a whole food plant based low fat regimen.
221.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Raw, whole foods, high fiber, plant-based foods   losing 0.4 lb a week
