BuffyBear's Journal, 09 March 2013

First a note on weigh in: I chose to use the "day after" weight - after I had eaten everything in sight last night. Will blame it on the drugs for my lack of control - LOL.

As for the test, they found another polyp (as they had 4 years ago). I know they are very common but will be relieved when the lab results come back negative.

I am loving this beautiful weekend. Right now I can hear a bird singing outside my window. Makes me eager to get back on track with my WOE. Even my favorite grocery is cooperating - lots of produce on sale this week (cucumbers, grape tomatoes, etc). Think I'm actually looking forward to going shopping!

24 pounds to goal.

Bren - No, it doesn't take much. My Sister and I often laugh about how simple our tastes are. Glad you got to see the stars last night. I could have too if I'd remembered to look - but was too busy eating - LOL

For my own lack of control I tend to blame my family (darn people with their high metabolisms!), the dog (he can, and DOES eats anything in sight!), the cat (she's plotting something bad, I just know it...), the fish (darn thing swims constantly--waaay too much exercise!), anyone breathing on Earth (or heck, even the non-breathing ones too...darn brain-craving zombies...), the known universe (it's a conspiracy against me, I tell ya!)... LOL Seriously though, you've gone through quite a bit this week with the prep for your tests and such. Hang in there, hon, it will smooth out again!
