Your body might be doing what my body does. When I first start working out, I drop between 1-5 pounds in the first week. Then for several weeks there will be 0 weight loss. I'm still working out, and I'm still eating healthy. At that point I start worrying about my salt intake and my bread intake (two things that bloat me up). I increase my water and continue to work out. I think the stagnation is caused by the muscle that I'm building replacing the fat that I'm burning. Then suddenly I drop a few unexpected pounds. My most recent restart was January 11. I've contined running and eating healthy with no results in February. The unexpected weight loss didn't occur until last week (March).
