Doing the 3 day military diet. So far I have lost 8.5 lbs in 10 days! It's hard on the 3 days on, but it really helps curb bad habits!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
