The Atkins bar is are 3 grams of Net Carbs not 8 carbs as the Nutrition label on this site states - Stugators keep that in mind when figuring your carb total for the day.

I love those bars-- but watch your weight loss while using them to see if it affects you. Many people say that they stall using the bars and/or shakes too much. I only have one no more than once or twice a week, more than that and I stall.
