Today I recieved my meal plan and my fitness regime. I will be buying a scale to weight myself and also a scale to wieght my food. I am roughly 180Lbs and wanna be a lean 175 to start. After that is achieved I then want to work towards a lean 200.

Good for you, they both are helpful. Sounds like you'd like a scale that calculates muscle mass, too....
