Just finished week 8 day 3 of #C25K on #Android @c25kfree! Running for a cause with @BCRFcure!
Had a better run today. Slowed down about half way to take in some cold water so then ran an extra 30 seconds afterward to make up for it. Going to do a couple of runs early next week and then a week from tomorrow it's the 5K!

Got these shoes broken in well. Only wear them to run. Getting ready for some more using preprogrammed run on tm. Still no TOM yet... 3 days late!

Tired. TOM arrived late yesterday. Feel so yucky... Scales up, dried out at night, not getting enough water, calories out the roof!
