Yesterday I did everything I was supposed to and I lost even less weight. I Mean yeah most people would be happy with any weight loss at all but I just feel like I can do so much better. My legs and butt are still more sore than ever but I am going to try and get a work out in. Maybe ill do arms and abs and then my whole body can hurt. Haha. Today is good so far I hope i can make it a great day and it will reflect on the scale tomorrow. I want so badly to be in the 160's and it just seems like I keep getting closer and closer but my body won't let me. Diet day 8 here I come.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

One of the biggest mistakes people make in weight loss is impatience and too high expectations. Our bodies aren't machines, so you can't predict how much weight you will lose from day to day. Weight loss takes a long time. The things you do today, you may not see the effects on your body for weeks. When you see an immediate change overnight, it is usually related to water weight. Building actual muscle and getting actual fat loss takes a lot of time and hard work. I understand the need to get it off quickly, but fast loss usually means it comes back on just as fast. I know I will have to watch what I eat and exercise for the rest of my life. So give yourself a break. Your doing great. Find a balance you can live with for the rest of your life or you will forever be on the weight loss train. Good luck!
