Making the switch to Eat Clean by Tosca Reno. I have read her book several times and need something I know that I can stick too. I plan to start Cooler 1 phase of the plan on Monday, March 11 - the one month anniversary of my mom's death. I plan to stick to the plan and try and lose the weight in time for her memorial at the end of June as a tribute to her.
