I had a banana, extra large coffee, and 24oz of water. I'm getting a foot long from subway which will be dinner and lunch. I will finish my 26oz water botle at lunch... and then the rest of the day I will finish my 32oz water bottle. Save calories for some snack post gym workout. I'm trying to stay within 1000-1200 calories. Excited to use the base gym tonight and most likely do a JM dvd when I get back to my room. We shall see.
