Whoo hoo! I've lost 12.5 lbs in two months! I feel so much better and "only" 11.5 more lbs to go before I hit my goal weight! Just hoping I can stay with it and not yo-yo like I've done in the past. It is too easy to quit counting calories and skip work outs.
