Hurrah for me... A steady!!! :)
177.2 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol.. It seems not. Did an hour less exercise as well to rest the old bones a bit but i noticed the back was stiffening up from not doing them...i will find the right balance. On the plus side was shown a new stretch at Pilates that really opens up the spine and gave me a good 12hrs of relief so i built that one i to my morning ritual today and will see how it helps over the next few weeks. Big smiles :)
