still constipated...i shall solve this problem tonight and hopefully I will lose a few grams...its been more than a week. Im convinced I have a intestinal dysfunction. I can never go to the bathroom naturally, its worrisome. Tomorrow I see my nutritionist, i hope she'll be as pleased with the result! xx
174.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
