You can do it! The hardest thing is to get out of the old routine and make a way for the new one. I'm also on the Paleo diet and it is hard especially cutting out dairy and grains. If you're finding it hard on staying consistent mist try implementing one new thing at a time like week one..just drink 64oz of water a day and cutting out sugary drinks..week two work out every other day or day. Trust me, I am the QUEEN of excuses and not wanting to keep motivated. Its harder to change because it forces you to break your will.
