I had a Vertical Gastric Sleeve performed on November 9th, 2011. It truly was the best decision of my life. I was able to lose 100 pounds and felt great. However, now that it has been over a year the old habits and "head hunger" are creeping in and I have regained 11 pounds. I just need something to keep me accountable so I thought I would give Fat Secret a try. I worked too hard and too long to revert back to my old habits. We have young kids to take care of and I need to be healthy for them as well as for myself.
