For some reason I'm not able to save my recorded weight. Today I'm 233.2 woot. Went to bingo last night and stayed on the right side of my diet. Had a gyro salad, and snacked on pistachios and sunflower seeds. I was really surprised I still lost weight.

Thank you yankgirl!! :) A gyro salad is a greek dish, the main ingredient is lamb meat topped with a cucumber sauce made with greek yogurt and it is delish!!! I was a bit concerned about the carbs in it because I couldn't find any info on it, but I went low on carbs all day to prepare in case. It didn't affect my weight loss yay!! If you ever get a chance to stop at a greek resturant some time I recommend you try it :D
