Fiber doesn't make you gain weight. If you have been eating a huge amount of fiber that makes your caloric intake go up a lot, then maybe. But otherwise, it's most likely water weight from too much sodium, muscles retaining water from working out, hormones, stress, lack of sleep, etc. Fiber actually promotes fat loss and keeps your constitution regular.
