Today is my first day on the Kremlin Diet.
I'm too fat to live.I'm too fat to be loved.
Something needs to change,and it needs to change...

192.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good on you, I think everyone reaches a point where they know something needs to be done 'now' and that's when they really start making the changes necessary to get there. I've never heard of the Kremlin diet! Keep us up to date with your progress and if you need anyone to chat to, I'm always around :) I noticed our starting weight is the same, I was 202lbs back in August 2012 and felt horrible about myself, but as our target weights are different I am guessing you are probably shorter than me! Wishing you the best of luck, you can do this! Just keep at it, and even when you feel like it's not working, trust that it is and give it time :)

Wow. I was a lot heavier than you (like 130 lbs. heavier) when I started my journey. So it's possible. How tall are you that you could want to be 88 lbs? Anyway, you can lose weight. And you're in the right place, so welcome.

@SergeantS-thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement.The truth is I started from 275 and reached 147 but then certain things happened and I started gaining and losing the same 30-40 lbs. @Helewis-Great Job!Keep it up.Thanks for welcoming me.I am 5'6'' tall.It is my inner demons and twisted thinking that chose that GW for me.It's a long and boring story on which I will spare you ;)
