I didn't have a lot to eat today. . According to the calories count its doubly above 900 calories which is surprising. I have a final tomorrow night so I am going to need more fuel tomorrow fir sure. Im planning on working out in the morning and fit in some Pilate's somewhere before my night class. I'm feeling so good now 3 weeks into Paleo dieting. No dairy and very little carbs has helped me out a lot. I am looking forward to weighing in on Monday and hopefully closer to 200 or under by the end of the month!!
