ShyGuy's Journal, 06 March 2013

Tonight, I decided to keep dinner simple; to enjoy the flavor, and quality of what was on my plate. I had a lightly seasoned, pan grilled, thick pork chop, no condiments, and al dente, simmered broccoli, with butter and sharp cheddar cheese, all washed down with a, nicely chilled, bottled water. It was very tasty. I might decide to kick it up a notch, with the other pork chop, tomorrow, but today I just wanted to keep it simple. Simple is good. :-)
