Week one down of Body Transformation Challenge down. I've run twice now (and am every so sore) and have kept my calorie counts below 1,900. Still hoping to get calorie counts below 1,700 pretty soon here and get up to running 3Xs/week. Drinking much more water too (leading to many extra bathroom trips, lol) and not drinking alcohol at all (I miss wine).

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 March 2013:
1886 kcal Fat: 72.96g | Prot: 79.46g | Carb: 235.51g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg, Egg White, Tea Unsweetened, Instant Grits, Country Style Pork Sausage. Lunch: Ranch Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Corn Tortilla, limes, posole, water, Pickled Beets (Solids and Liquids, Canned). Dinner: baguette, water, lasagna, butter. Snacks/Other: Thick Crust Cheese Pizza with Vegetables, Sugar Wafers (with Creme Filling), honey wheat pretzel sticks. more...
