Checklist... could have done better
Not a great week for me. I was having all kinds of negative thoughts yesterday. Like, "This is good enough, I'll just go off my diet now" and "I'll just eat what I want for a couple of weeks." and "I just won't calorie count, but still eat good."
I almost dropped the ball, but after fighting myself I decided to go all in this week. The half a## effort I put in this last week isn't cutting it. I just need to pull myself together and realize that this is a life change and there isn't going to be any going back to my old habits. You can't eat everything in sight and be healthy. Plain and simple. So although I almost gave in and gave up. I'm hanging in there and finishing this thing out. I really do want this to be the last stretch between now and my goal.
