Decided yesterday to get this train back on its tracks! Lets start small. Eating better, at least more knowledgable of what im eating and calculating my intake of calories and protein vs carbs. Must be careful of the carbs (I LOVE them!)
I dance at least 2x a week for about 3 hours (Texas Swing), so after I feel I have my eating a bit better I am going to try at least 30 minutes of working out a day..... right....
We are in the middle of finding a new place to live and then moving.. so exercising is not really in my schedule.
One step at a time. Goal are more attainable with in realistic motives.

I have noticed the more I read and comment on the feeds/entries of others the more aware I am of my own activities. For those who struggle with staying strong and motivated try this.
