On Monday I started a new diet it is a personalized herb detox weight loss plan starting out at 1200 calories per day and absolutely no sugars or sweatner of any kind. It guarantees a loss of 30 pounds in 30 days. So far it is not that difficult to stick to. No excercise is needed but I was told you can loose even more weight with excercise.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds a bit crazy, but if it works for you thats great! Good Luck! If you need motivation or start to make the wrong food choic (dang cravings) just let me know I will offer as much moral support as possible!

No one can guarantee a loss of 30 pounds. Our bodies don't work that way. But whatever you do lose will still be great. Do they have a plan that helps you learn to keep it off. Losing is only half the battle. Find a way to keep it off is a whole other problem. Good luck!
