Started back on Atkins Monday, March 4, 2013. I can only do this diet for about a month then have to stop because of my colon issues (twisted colon). However, I am excited to drop the 9 lbs that i gained since last October when a very stressful time started in my life. Hopefully, that part is behind me so I can get healthy!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good luck! You can do it! I have heard of Atkins, butnot sure of what all in entails. I just started The DASH Diet Weight Loss Solution- 2 weeks to drop pounds, boost metabolism and get healthy. A long title, but a good read. I bought it on an e-reader which is a litte cheaper than hardcover books. Well worth the read and an eye opener for me. I started Sat 3/2 and am down a little already..even with missing the exercise.
