I joined the Zumba Blast Off Challenge, then hurt my back! Do I somehow UNjoin, or do I just wait till I'm better and can move again? Help!

If you want to unjoin, go to that challenge's main page (look under "my challenges" on your "my fatsecret"page and click on the challenge name). On the right-hand side top of page you will see a link to click under "challenge links" that says "leave this challenge". You can always find and start another zumba challenge once you've healed. Hope that made sense! :D
