Bah, 177 this morning. Looks like I'm still bouncing up and down. Should I record it or hope that tomorrow will be back down?

I bounce all the time and I record it so I can look back to see what I did on those days. Now I'm noticing a trend which I hadn't before. Wed and Thurs I pop up, this is after my Tues morning of being out and not drinking water in the usual fashion. That's the only thing I can come up with as I don't eat anything different. I'd record it if I were you just to see if there is something happening similar to this, I sure never realized it was always Wed and Thur that I see sawed upwards until I did but the bad is I don't know what I can do about it.

That is an interesting realization. I used to weigh-in on Mondays and then I realized that I always was higher on Mondays than Tuesdays and went to a Tuesday weigh-in. LOL I don't yet have a feel for things this round though. I'm doing the dailies in my journal mostly to get a handle on it.
