Having a hard time with things lately. Im not sure why now, as opposed to all the rest of the time. I mean Ive always had some type of eating issues. Thats why my weight has always fluctuated as much as it does. But right now Im having inner fights with myself. I know I need to eat healthy and I need to lose weight but my mind is conflicted. I want to eat everything and nothing all at once. So im choosing nothing. Im not sure how its going to go or how long ill hold out for but for right now, its ok. Im starving. I open the fridge and stare into it, then close it again. If i was by myself I could just not buy food. then i wouldnt have a problem, but having a family and them needing to eat it kinda sucks for me. idk ill figure it out tho. i always do. maybe some anti-anxiety pills will help. who knows tho.

Seriously DO NOT STARVE yourself. I know you feel out of control- but control is not prohibiting food from your body. Really aim for 1200 calories (i too am short) and you will have a deficit and lose weight. I find for me- who has always had binge eating issues....If I have no more than 100grams of carbs a day I am not starving. It was amazing to see how hungry crabs made me. SO look at what you are eating- dont avoid food as you will only feel like you failed when youe at to sustain yourself. I know how insane it is to be compulsive with food- nut the answer is daily limitation not lifetimes of prohibiting or padlocking fridge. You are not alone this - I highly recommend getting on a supported system. Like Herbal Magic etx... not because of their respective diet programs, but going to weigh in three times a week keeps those of us with control issues honest. No food is not the answer. You need food. I would highly recommend professional help in the sense of learning what you can eat to lose weight instead of trying to make sense of all the insanity online and ending up frustrated and starving. Limit carbs and dairy to help stave off your cravings. Get your carbs from natural vegetables (not potatoes) and avoid any full fat dairy. I will take about 2 weeks for craving to subside but you will be surprised how it helps control your appetite. Good luck.
