I don't have my internet back, on my home computer, so I can't log my food into my food diary, but I have been eating right, and feel strongly committed, to stay on course to reaching my goal of getting down to 185 lbs. I know it probably sounds like a broken record, to keep repeating my goal, but I know, as long as I keep confessing it, like any other confession in faith, daily, I'll be able to stay focused, and eventually get to where I want to be. :-)

I remember the old days when we had to keep track on paper. We got through it somehow - LOL.

I'm baaaack! I'll be able to log my food intake again, starting tonight, but may wait until tomorrow, so the totals will reflect the entire day; but I'm still staying on course tonight. :-) I remember trying to keep track, on paper, that was a pain; and I was never able to keep up with it, for more thana few days at a time. Thank God for fatsecret.com; this site makes it infinately easier; and with a lot more accuracy too. :-)
