Whew... back into the 206's. Yes, it's been three days since I've weighed in. Yes, it's because I got embarrassed about a ridiculous weight gain. My hub and I were having a stressful afternoon and we decided to get a pizza for dinner as neither of us felt like cooking. Such a bad idea. Instead of getting little personal pans we almost split (I had three large pieces! :( ) of a large meat lovers stuffed crust, our favorite before we tried to change our lifestyle. That made me soar back into the 208's-209's for the past few days. Thankfully, I watched what I've eaten like a hawk the past two days, drank my water, green tea and slimquick packets, and I'm .2 lbs past what I was at.

Anyway, I was ticked I fell off the boat that badly. I really, really wanted to hit 200 before this friday, but really I'm not sure if 12 pounds was realistic in a week and two days, and I don't think that would have been the healthy way anyway. So for right now I'm happy with my 5.6 lbs since 1 week ago today.

I have to keep my eyes on the prize though. My hub and I have set up a system - when you lose ten pounds, you get ten dollars to spend. 20 lbs, 20 dollars, and so on up to 50 lbs (what both of us have in mind goal wise... although I would love to actually lose about 60 eventually to get to 150.) He is at 9.8 lbs down so he is close to his first prize. I'm very excited for him and can't wait to get there too. :)

Okay enough rambling... just had to get my minor mis-step off my chest! :)
206.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
