My life has been very stressful lately and I have been eating crap... Yesterday I began a new plan to get back on track... under a 1000 cal a day with min of 75 grams of protein..so far so good
267.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 122.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
