On to Day 3 adding back lactose free dairy, & thrilled to report that LF cottage cheese was a success too! So, today, I'll try lactose free yogurt & call it a wrap.
I leave tomo for UT (weather permitting as it sounds iffy here on the east coast!), so am starting to feel a bit of the related stress -- what to pack, getting the pets set, work caught up, etc. plus the anxiety over will the weather impact our flight. But, I will pray & breathe my way through it & come here to FS and my wonderful & supporting friends! So, I start today in prayer --
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
And, I will continue praying, breathing, logging & posting as much as I can, and expressing for this one day, meal, moment, bite & emotion at a time. xoxox
